Cancellations & Late Arrivals:

Please call (860) 649-2393 if you will be late for your appointment or if you are unable to keep your appointment.

We request that cancellations be made with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made after 9pm the day prior to your appointment may incur a $25 fee.

For cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment and abandoned appointments you may be charged the regular hourly rate for the time slot you had scheduled.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment and we have not received a phone call or been able to reach you, we may consider your appointment abandoned.

If you are late for an appointment we may shorten your massage accordingly so as not to disrupt our other clients. If this is the case we will let you know upon your arrival.

Contraindications:

If for any reason we feel that massage is not in your best interest due to a medical condition or other state of health, we reserve the right to refuse service. This rarely happens but be aware that not everyone at every time is a good candidate for massage therapy.
