...when you arrive for your massage you will be asked to complete a short health history form. Based on the information you provide the therapist will discuss with you the best type of massage to use as well as areas of focus. You will be given time to get undressed and onto the massage table-you will be covered by a sheet at all times except for the area being massaged. You may choose to leave your clothing on and have the therapist work through, this is totally acceptable & your choice. Keep in mind that you will get better results if the therapist can make contact directly with the skin and use lotions. During the massage the therapist will check in periodically to see how you are doing, but will be otherwise quiet. Feel free to talk and ask questions during your massage-this is your time, but do try to relax and enjoy the experience.
